Slant cut, shallow ridges, considerable thickness: these are the ingredients of this classic shape that lends itself to all cooking techniques.  Felecetti Monograno uses KAMUT® Khorasan wheat to create a premium pasta with a delicate fragrance of white flowers and freshly shelled nuts. Its taste combines unmistakable hints of pine and macadamia nuts with subtle nuances of edible flowers.

Inspiration: 
This pasta shines in heartier dishes.  We like to use it in baked pasta dishes.
