These little tubes are made from Farro giving off a nutty flavor with a firm crunchy texture reminiscent of bread crusts. While it cooks, this pasta emits a distinct scent of fresh hazelnut and grilled aubergine. Farro (Spelt) has been in use for thousands of years, since the ancient days of Celts, Egyptians and Etruscans. Felecetti Monograno uses Italian biologic Dicoccum Spelt.
