Branzino Grilled Sea Bass in Olive Oil
Branzino (or Mediterranean Sea Bass) fillets are grilled and hand packed in olive oil. This white flakey fish has a tender texture and is full of flavor.
This fish works well straight out the tin, on top of salads or used in place of any recipe that calls for tuna. Our favorite way to have this is with white beans, capers, and IASA's hot peppers in oil.
