About the Producer: 
Only a few artisan salt producers remain in the world today, including Riserva Naturale Saline Di Trapani E Paceco in Western Sicily. Along the Mediterranean coastline, windmills dot the horizon in a representation of traditional irrigation practices, a fifth-generation producer harvests pure sea salt by hand, and white pyramids of freshly harvested Trapani sea salt wait to be dispatched. Many salts are infused by fruits and herbs grown on La Furtuna Estate, but 100% Sicilian Sea Salt is powerfully satisfying on its own.
